The company has even collaborated with notable internet personalities Markiplier, Ninja, and Pokimane to give franchises likeThe Witcher,Fallout,Elden Ring, and more a cute makeover.The Game Awards recently announced its nominations for 2024’s event, which included smash hitAstro Botas a Game of the Year contender, and the robot’s popularity as a PlayStation exclusive continues in Youtooz’ line-up.
Announced through Youtooz’ official Twitter account, the company confirmed four new figures from the PlayStation collection. Astro Bot, Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper, and Kratos from theGod of Warseries were revealed to be the first characters gracing the fresh series. Some of these new figures will tap into gamers’ nostalgia, similar toYoutooz’ previous release of aBanjo-Kazooiecollectible, and all will make fantastic display pieces on fans’ shelves. Customers can purchase their chosen figure from November 24 at 3 pm EST, and they are available to buy throughYootooz’ official website.
Youtooz Announces Astro Bot, Kratos, and More Figures From PlayStation Collection
Youtooz figures apply an adorable appearance to iconic characters, decorating their demeanor with appealing expressions. The cute, or chibi as it’s known in Japan, aesthetic is a popular style in pop culture merchandise, and theBaldur’s Gate 3miniature figures from WizKidstook it a step further with their small scale. Since Sly Cooper, Ratchet and Clank, and Astro Bot are all cherubical by nature, Kratos is the only figure in the line-up that drastically alters the character’s manner.
The Last of Us Part 2’s Ellie received a Nendoroid figure in the past, but the Naughty Dog characters are notably missing from Youtooz’s PlayStation wave. However, the company asked its Twitter followers what other figures they would like to see in the PlayStation collection, implying more characters are still to come.
