After completing rank 5 of Strohl’s bond, the quest, “A Noble’s Legacy” will begin and will require players to find a fishmonger in Grand Trad. Unlike most of the NPCs you engage with during the man story, the Fishmonger won’t stand out so clearly; here’s where to find him and how to complete the quest.

You will also needrank 3 Imaginationin order to complete this quest, though you can find the Fishmonger and Merchant without it to partially complete the quest.
To find the Fishmonger,head to Regalith Grand Cathedralin Grand Trad. Finding and talking to the Fishmonger doesn’t take any time, and can be done on any day you have free time. Head straight towards the row of merchant stalls closest to you and head along theright sidewalk past the water merchant. The Fishmonger you’re looking for is to theright of the blue tent in the orange shirtwith a dark vest over it.
Talk to the fishmonger who will then send you to a merchant near the Cathedral. Headleft towards the Cathedral and make a right with the sidewalk. The merchant will be right there on thecorner off the sidewalk and in the street, wearing a green robe with a dark vest with gold trim. Talk to the merchant and select the option that requires rank 3 imagination in order to complete the quest requirements for the quest.
Turning in the quest will require you to complete the next bond rank with Storhl, completed during any free time while not on the Gauntlet Runner. You can quickly travel to him using the follower menu or by fast-traveling to Sunlumeo Street and heading to the sidewalk outside of the tavern.
