The Witchergames have been primarily seen through the perspective of Geralt, with some short perspectives from Ciri inThe Witcher 3. While Geralt’s perspective gave a lot of depth to witchers, monsters, politics, and the people’s opinions of witchers across the Continent, it was still limited by his own experiences. A change in the protagonist, particularly if that protagonist is Ciri, would giveThe Witchergames more depth and perspective in terms of the lore.
Despite Ciri’s official role as a witcher, her Elder Blood, the heir to the throne of Nilfgaard, and the Lady of Space and Time gives her a very different point of view on the magic, the politics of the Continent, and the people who exist inThe Witcher.The Witcherled by Ciri would be an incredible opportunity toexpand on the lore ofThe Witcher.
