ThePlayStation VR2headset has had a bit of a mixed track record since its launch back in February 2023. When PSVR2 initially hit store shelves, it came with a whopping $550 price tag, earning criticism for being even more expensive than the console needed to use it. It didn’t help thatPSVR2’s killer app,Horizon: Call of the Mountain, didn’t meet critical expectations.

But thePlayStation VR2has come quite a long way in the last 21 months. PSVR2 is now home to great experiences likeResident Evil Village,Resident Evil 4 Remake,Before Your Eyes,Moss: Book 2, and most recently,Metro: Awakening. And hopefully, some more are about to join that growing list, with PSVR2 set to receive a few intriguing titles before the end of 2024.
