Aizen himself is not a huge fan of this protagonist, since he stood in the way of him achieving perfection with the Hogyoku fusion. After being treated disrespectfully, the man he’d grown to hate by the end of their fight used Mugetsu to end Aizen’s historic run asBleach’s antagonist.

One of the members of the Espada who crosses blades with Ichigo time and time again, this Arrancar’s sheer disdain for Ichigo makes him an easy character to hate. To make things worse,Ulquiorra Ciferholds Orihime captive and doesn’t treat her all that nicely, which makes him even more despicable.

He hated Ichigo so much that he didn’t shy away from killing the protagonist outright by blowing a hole in his chest. However, plot armor saved Ichigo andallowed him to defeat Ulquiorrain a resounding fashion, with the villain understanding the importance of having a heart by seeing Orihime’s actions in his last moments.

This makes them natural rivals throughout the Arrancar arc, with Ichigo pulling out every tool in his arsenal to take out this villain. It’s a memorable fight where each man’s mutual hatred pushes them beyond their limits, with Ichigo getting the victory in their final conflict.

The Fullbring arc may be a source of great pain for fans, but there’s no denying that the antagonists introduced here are pretty captivating in their own right.Tsukishimais especially notable for the chilling manner in which he uses Book of the End to worm his way into Ichigo’s life.

This leads to one of the most captivating fights in the series as Ichigo tries to bring his life back to normal by taking out Tsukishima. Fans who loved this character will be glad to know that he reappears at the end of the series to repair Ichigo’s Bankai, although he does so to fulfill a favor. It’s clear that his hatred of Ichigo hasn’t gone away, but he still plays a major role in saving the world from Yhwach’s diabolical plan.

He does so with immense glee and continues to show his joy during his fight with Ichigo when he pushes the protagonist against the ropes time and time again. While he may have a sense of honor, his dislike for Ichigo is clear as day and doesn’t ebb away until his death.

After Ichigo finally reaches the Seiretei following a long descent from the Soul King’s Palace, the first group of people he takes on are the Bambies. It’s a tough battle, but Ichigo holds his own againstfive members of the Sternritter, which is no easy feat.

One of the Bambies,Candice, is enraged by Ichigo’s attack and how it damages her face. The Substitute Shinigami’s Getsuga Jujisho adds insult to injury by cutting off one of Candice’s arms. This act intensifies her hatred for Ichigo even more.
