In particular, thesearmors are all great pieces of equipment to collect in the early game, each offering a unique augmentation of the Warrior class.

Provides Vital Lightning Resistance In The Early Game
The many fade-touchedcreatures of Arlathan Foresthave lightning powers that can make short work of fresh players, especially as this forest is one of the first areas players will explore. TheExplorer’s Suitprovides resistance to lightning damage and immunity to its corresponding debuff, shocked.
This armor makes short work of the initial areas of Arlathan Forest, it’s relatively inexpensive, and available shortly after the prologue at the Veil Jumpers faction shop. It’s an altogether fantastic piece of armor that only grows stronger as it is upgraded.

A Lighter Armor That Augments Potions
In the Griffon Aeriesection of the game, players can find a chest with thePursuant’s Implementsinside. This armor set is lighter than most armor on this list, but as a medium armor, it pairs excellently with the Eclectic Armorer perk.
This armor set is built around bolstering potions, which can be great for a tankier warrior who needs to focus on survivability. Further along the upgrade path, this armor gives players a bonus to potion healing regardless of potion type, meaning grenade users also get a bonus to health as well.

Found in the Warden’s Castle inthe region of Rivainduring Taash’s recruitment quest, this armor is perfect for those who understand that the true endgame inTheVeilguardis fashion. As a bonus, it also has an incredibly cohesive and beneficial set of bonuses as it gets upgraded.
TheCasting of Fortuneprovides bonuses and benefits to both Rook and their companions whenever Rook lands a perfect block—something that warriors should be doing often. For those who have mastered the perfect block system, this glitzy armor is a no-brainer.
3Frontline Plated Mail
An Ever-Reliable Piece Of Gear
Whether going for a heavy-weapon, block-focused, oreven shield-tossing build, theFrontline Plated Mail, acquired at the Grey Warden faction merchant, is a staple for almost any warrior build and provides solid, reliable defense and damage resistance.
This armor focuses on building up a strong foundation of physical resistance in the early levels of its upgrades, before expanding into bleeding resistance, and finally inflicting bleeding on enemies at low health in the later parts of its upgrade path. Resistance to physical damage is never unwelcome, and the addition of bleeding resistance, plus a great way to turn the tables on enemies when reaching low health, is just the icing on top. This is a workhorse set of armor if there ever was one, “Ol' Reliable” for warriors of all stripes.
2Spined Encasement
Gruesome And High-Quality Armor
This high-quality armor set is a fantastic pick for Warriors, especially those focusing on a reaper build. It’s important to note, however, thatwhile every factionhas its perks, this particular set of armor isonly available to Mourn Watch players.
Like most medium armor,Spined Encasementsacrifices defense for ability damage, but the abilities supplement this by increasing damage resistance from demons and undead. It is sold by the Mourn Watch faction shop, and further supplementing its defense is a bonus to overall defense relative to Mourn Watch strength.
1Champion’s Brilliant Regalia
Ornate And Grand Armor
Found towards the end of the early game as well at a Converged City merchant, this armor is a grand example of Grey Warden pride. What frontline plated mail does for physical damage and bleeding, theChampion’s Brilliant Regaliadoes for fire damage and burning.
This armor gradually increases resistance to fire damage, and beyond this, allows players to dowse the area in retributive fire when reaching low health. It’s an excellent armor piece to finish off the early game ofTheVeilguardand head off into the mid-game.
