To beat the Tenebrous Papilla boss inGenshin Impact, players must be ready to break itsVoid Ward. As an Abyssal enemy, Tenebrous Papilla can turn into different monsters throughout Teyvat. In summary, the Tenebrous Papilla can transform into the following bosses: Aeonblight Drake, Jadeplume Terrorshroom, Cryo Regisvine, Electro Regisvine, Pyro Regisvine, Maguu Kenki, Primo Geovishap, Cryo Hypostasis, Electro Hypostasis, Hydro Hypostasis, Legatus Golem,Millennial Pearl Seahorse, and Gluttonous Yumkasaur Mountain King.
Although the boss turns into different enemies and can use all available Elements, the Tenebrous Papilla has the normal 20% RES for all kinds of damage, which lowers to -15% when incapacitated.
After around 30 seconds into the fight, the boss would have already turned into three different forms. Afterward, the Tenebrous Papilla willgo to the center of the arena and start charging for around 12-15s.
