BrickStig went through the effort of designing most of Pelican Town’s iconic landmarks, including Pierre’s, Harvey’s Clinic, the Community Center, and the Stardrop Saloon. LEGO renditions of the in-game Museum and Library are also part of the package, together with JojaMart and Lewis’s Manor.
Pelican Town LEGO Ideas Set Needs 9,000 More Votes
BrickStig shared theirStardew Valley-themedLEGO Ideas set on July 13, 2025. Two days later, the concept already boasts over 1,000 votes, meaning it needs 9,000 more for LEGO to conduct an expert review, the final prerequisite for commercializing fan-submitted set ideas. The next milestone for the project is 5,000 votes, which will extend the voting period by 182 days. As of December 6, there are 605 days remaining for this to happen, meaning BrickStig’s design needs about 4,000 more votes by June 09, 2025, and then another 5,000 by early February 2027.

How Soon Could Pelican Town LEGO Ideas Model Be Commercialized?
LEGO Ideas conducts expert reviews of eligible submissions three times a year, typically in January, May, and September. While fan-made concepts were long restricted to 3,000 pieces, this cap was raised to 5,000 in late September 2024. At over 4,500 pieces, BrickStig’s Pelican Town design nearly maxes out the updated limit.
Once a LEGO Ideas project passes the expert review stage, it usually takes at least 12 months to be commercialized. This lead time period can be longer, depending on factors such as set complexity and licensing agreements, as well as the availability of production capacity. But even the most complex LEGO Ideas sets typically reach the store shelves within 18 months of receiving final approval from the Danish toy maker. All of that is to say that BrickStig’s concept still has a long way to go before getting a chance to become a real product. Ultimately, fan votes aren’t even the most important factor for designs of this sort to be commercialized, as underlined by the late 2023 case ofLEGO Ideas rejecting a popularStardew Valleyset concept.
