According to Streams Charts,STALKER 2streams on Twitch racked up around 2.65 million hours of watch time, only losing toGrand Theft Auto 5in this category. The most popular creators streaming the FPS were HoneyMad, followed by Asmongold’s alt account zachrawrr, bratishkinoff, Recrent, Leg1ga, and others. Other relevant numbers aboutSTALKER 2on Twitch include that 32.3% of the streamers spoke in either English or Russian, which were tied for most popular languages, and that Ukrainian streams represented 9.2% of the total content.

It’s no secret thatSTALKER 2is greatly popular. Despite being available on Xbox Game Pass,STALKER 2sold over a million copies in under 48 hours. Also, the game had over 100,000 concurrent players during its launch on Steam, showcasing how eager the fanbase was to play the title, which was originally announced over a decade ago.
STALKER 2reviews are mostly positive, too. While opinions about the game vary,STALKER 2currently holds an average critic score of 77 on OpenCritic, which is likely not higher due to the game having several bugs, which arguably affect the experience negatively.
Fortunately,GSC Game World has already promised to fix the bugs inSTALKER 2. In a recent announcement, the developer acknowledged that the massive size of the recent FPS meant that there were still many rough edges to be corrected, and committed to continue supporting the popular title with hotfixes before focusing on new content updates. GSC also plans to add free content updates forSTALKER 2, with a roadmap coming in December.
