Revealed in a cinematic trailer in July,Splitgate 2looks to maintain the portal-jumping mayhem from the original game. However, it will come with some significant changes, including a faction system. So far, the developer, 1047 Games, has introducedthree factions forSplitgate 2: Aeros, Meridian, and Sabrask, each with unique abilities, allowing fans to make tactical decisions when deciding on a team composition. In addition, players have options to customize their weapons. Ahead of the game’s free-to-play launch next year, 1047 Games is letting players go hands-on with the shooter again.
