Starting from Version 5.3, any new5-Star character inGenshin Impactwill have a banner that lasts for the full duration of a patch. On the other hand, reruns of limited 5-Star characters will be relegated to the second half of an update.
Genshin Impact Could Be Extending Banner Durations for New Characters
Unfortunately, the leak doesn’t explain what this means for theWeapon Banner inGenshin Impact, but it’s possible that it may end up being split per character rather than bundled up.
