A rumor broke out on Twitter when known leaker Samleakss claimed a crossover betweenFortniteandCyberpunk 2077would happen soon. As of writing, there’s very little known about the size of the collaboration or how it will manifest within the game itself. During its Chapter 2 Remix season,Fortnitededicated a large portion of the island to its crossover with Ice Spice. Fans could see a collaboration that brings a bit of Night City to the island, or the collaboration could be limited to cosmetics.

Samleakss also mentioned thatRocket Leaguewould be included in the collaboration. As far as the leaker knows, this crossover will be focused onCyberpunk 2077and not other media like the hit Netflix showCyberpunk:Edgerunners. WithRocket Leaguein the mix, it’s likely fans will see some kind of car cosmetics come toFortnite. However, the leaker was quick to note that the collaboration would include more than just cars. With the crossover rumored to be coming soon, it could coincide withFortnite’s new chapter andthe return ofFortnite OGon December 6.
ManyFortnitefans are happy about the potential crossover and the possibility that Johnny Silverhand, V, or any number of other popular characters could soon drop onto the island. If Johnny Silverhand did come toFortnite, Keanu Reeves would be in the game as characters from bothCyberpunk 2077andJohn Wick. Currently, there’s no word on how or when the collaboration might happen. In the past, characters like Solid Snake and Geralt of Rivia have been featured inFortnite’s battle passes. Then again, there’s always the possibility that the crossover could happen with new items coming to the game’s item shop. Fans have a lot to look forward to in the weeks and months ahead.
