Developer Wiggity pushed out a newBlade Ballupdate in late November 2024. Identified by version number 6.4, the highlight of this release is a new holiday event that allowsRobloxplayersto have some Thanksgiving-themed fun for a limited time. Specifically, a new Turkey NPC can currently appear in the mainBlade Balllobby. Those lucky enough to spot the feathery creature will receive Turkey Coins after interacting with it. This currency can then be used toward unlocking a variety of themed rewards.
The Thanksgiving event also comes with its own daily rewards and quests, all of which have the potential to make the game even more engaging. The Turkey NPC’s appearance rate is currently unclear, but as per usual, anyone eager to grind out these limited-time rewards will have an easier time doing so byjoining aBlade BallClan inRoblox. Clan invites can be accepted from the Clans tab located in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Players can also create their own Clan, but the requirement for doing so is spending 500 Robux in the game or accumulating 10 wins. Creating a Clan costs 320 Robux or 15,000 Coins.
Wiggity has confirmed that theBlade BallThanksgiving event is planned to run for two weeks. Since the 6.4 update dropped on November 23, this would make December 7 the last day to participate in the promo and work toward unlocking its exclusive rewards. The latestBlade Ballpatch also introduced Crown Clash, a game mode that can be voted on every five rounds. Once it starts, a selected player will have a crown and a stopwatch appear over their head, with the goal being to survive as long as possible. The crown in this mode can also be used for unlocking the Reward Crate.
Another novelty introduced in the 6.4 update is a newBlade BallCoin Abilitycalled Golden Ball, as well as a win streak count that will now appear over characters' heads in normal lobbies. The update also made 2 Balls a permanent votable game mode, while introducing Dragon Spirit and Phantom nerfs, among other changes.
