There are a few ways to get these candies, such as catching more Noibat, joining Raids with Cloudy/Windy weather, or using Rare Candy, a process that requires patience. The player’s achievement is made all the more impressive by the fact that they have a shundo, which is a shiny pocket monster that has perfect IVs.
