When it comes to the Premium-exclusive games, one can’t go wrong with the classicLegacy of Kaingames, especially with theSoul Reaverremasters right around the corner. TheResistancegames use the cloud, which may be disappointing to some, but it’s still nice to have access to the classics. And finally,Synapseis one of the better-received PlayStation VR2 games to date and should ensure that owners of the headset get some use out of the device.
These significant new additions to the PS Plus Extra and Premium libraries come hot off the heels of a bunch ofgames leaving PS Plus, including Rockstar’sRed Dead Redemption 2. While it’s always sad to see games leave PS Plus, the new additions coming on November 19 should soften the blow quite a bit.
PlayStation 5
Sony’s PlayStation 5 is part of the ninth console generation and debuted with a launch lineup that included Demon’s Souls and Astro’s Playroom. The console comes with a Blu-ray disc, although a digital-only edition is also available for a cheaper price.
