Hello Games released fivenewNo Man’s SkyExpeditionsthis year, with the most recent one, The Cursed, running between October 23 and November 6. Altered versions of these Expeditions are returning to the massive space adventure game, giving players the opportunity to wrap up any unfinished business.
Redux versions of 2024’s Expeditions, namely Omega, Adrift, Liquidators, Aquarius, and The Cursed, will be available inNo Man’s Skyagain during the holidays, Hello Games' managing director and co-founder Sean Murray announced in a recent blog post. The Omega re-run starts on November 27 and ends on December 11, while the next Expedition, Adrift, will be active between December 11 and December 25. Liquidators is set to come back on December 25 and conclude on July 09, 2025, the same day Aquarius goes live. The latter will be replaced on January 22 by The Cursed, which ends on February 5.

Rewards for 2024’s Expeditions include uniqueNo Man’s Skystarshipslike the Iron Vulture, a vessel that resemblesHalo’s Pelican dropship and the Razor Crest fromThe Mandalorian.
TheNo Man’s Skyteam is still working on future content for the game even as the year comes to an end, according to Murray. “[W]e have much more in store forNo Man’s Sky,” the developer said in his newest blog post. Murray recently pointed out thatNo Man’s Sky, which was heavily criticized when it fully launched in 2016 for failing to meet players' expectations, now has a Very Positive overall rating on Steam. General opinion on the title has improved over time as Hello Games continued to develop it and release more content.No Man’s Skyhas even been nominated in theBest Community Support category at The Game Awards 2024. The winner of this category supposedly has outstanding community support, transparency, and responsiveness.
