Asobo Studios Says Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Server Issues Fixed

After releasingmultiple updates forMicrosoft Flight Simulator 2024,Asobo Studios now says it’s “happy to report that the issues regarding access and streaming have been resolved.” In anew poston the game’s website, the studio says it has increased the distribution layer capacity to handle the immense interest in the simulator and reliability is now above 99.999%. After successfully deploying a new patch on November 22, which addressed several experience issues, the team now says it’s working on another patch for the week of December 2, which will include further stability improvements and other fixes. Following the release of the game’s second patch, a third “larger” update will then be released on the week of December 9.

One ofMicrosoft Flight Simulator 2024’s major featuresis that it allows users to use nearly all of the marketplace content from its predecessor. However, Asobo Studios says it has been forced to temporarily disable the content as there have been recent reports that some third-party add-ons “are causing significant issues.” According to the studio, some users have been unable to enter the simulator due to these issues. As such, Asobo says it has deactivated allMicrosoft Flight Simulator 2020non-aircraft content from the2024edition until they have been solved.
