How to Counter Malekith
Malekith is vulnerable to Cosmo. Even if his effect has already been triggered, you can drop Cosmo in his lane to prevent his summoned card from activating. Many cards in Malekithdecks rely on On Reveal abilities, which Cosmo can shut down. For extra protection, consider adding Luke Cage, Shadow King, or Shang-Chi to your deck.
Malekith isn’t dominant in the current metagame, so you won’t encounter many Malekith decks. It’s still wise tobe prepared for Surtur, though, as Surtur counter decks often neutralize Malekith decks as well.
Is Malekith Worth It?
Malekith isn’t a must-have card, but it’s a solid, synergy-friendly option worth having on your roster.
