Early last month, Intelunveiled five CPUsas part of the newCore Ultra 200S series, and a recent leak now shows key specifications for seven more SKUs. These include the ‘T’ and ‘F’ versions of theupcoming CPUsthat range from the entry-level Core Ultra 5 225, to the top-tier Core Ultra 9 285K.Intel shared pricingfor the original five SKUs, and they have started showing up on online retailers, but there is no official information about the seven new SKUs yet.

Intel Core Ultra 200S Leaked SKUs

The information comes from leaker@momomo_us via Xand shows seven SKUs in the Core Ultra 200S series that were absent from Intel’s presentation last month. Intel showcased the ‘K’ and ‘KF’ SKUs, but the leak sheds light on the possible ‘T’ and ‘F’ SKUs. Along with the names, the leak shows the core count, clock speeds, cache, and the TDP for each model. The ‘T’ SKUs seem to be low-powered versions of the ‘K’ SKUs, and the ‘F’ SKUs are, as expected, iGPU-less versions.

All the leaked SKUs have the same P-core and E-core configuration as their parent CPU.

Intel Core Ultra 9 Processors

While the Core Ultra 9 285K has a boost clock speed of up to 5.7 GHz and a TDP of 250W, theCore Ultra 9 285T, as per the leak, will have lower P-core and E-core base/boost speeds and a significantly lower TDP of just35W. The base clock speeds for the P cores in the 285K are 3.7 GHz, but the ‘T’ SKU operates at a much lower 1.4 GHz. This suggests that the E cores are clocked lower as well, and they don’t boost as high either. Similarly, theCore Ultra 9 285(no suffix) sees the same treatment, but with slightly higher base speeds for the P cores, as well as a higher TDP of 65W.

The Core Ultra 9 285K does not have an ‘F’ variant, or at least, that is the case for now.

Intel Core Ultra 7 Processors

The Core Ultra 7 family sees three new SKUs:Core Ultra 7 265T,Core Ultra 7 265F, andCore Ultra 7 265. Once again, the ‘T’ SKU has lower clock speeds and a 35W TDP. The iGPU-less Core Ultra 7 265F and the Core Ultra 7 265 seem to be the exact same in terms of being locked chips, having the same core count, clock speeds, and TDP, with the only difference being the presence of an iGPU in the Core Ultra 7 265.

Intel Core Ultra 5 Processors

Lastly, the Core Ultra 5 family officially includes two SKUs, the Core Ultra 5 245K and the 245KF. The leak shows two possibly lower-tier SKUs named theCore Ultra 5 225and225F. Since they are said to come with the same core count as the Core Ultra 5 245K/KF, the number of Xe cores could be lower at two cores instead of four. For now, there doesn’t seem to be a Core Ultra 245T, 225K, or a 225T SKU, but the final portfolio is expected to include more models, including the Core Ultra 3 series, so these may still make an appearance.

Intel Core Ultra 200S CPUs: Price and Availability

Most of the Intel Core Ultra 200S series of CPUs are available for purchase right now on Newegg. TheCore Ultra 5 245Kand theUltra 7 265Kare available at a $10 discount. Amazon only has the Core Ultra 7 265K/KF and the Core Ultra 5 245K SKUs for now.
