The Heil-Ly Kidnap their Target in HxH Chapter 407
Morena Wants To Capture A Member of Tserriednich’s Personal Army
The Heil-Ly will definitely be a huge focus in the upcomingHxHchapters, especiallyHxHchapter 407. Morena might take the stage quite soon as she is built to be one of the biggest chaos creators on the Black Whale, alongside her mafia family Heil-Ly. Morena was recently seen with the Heil-Ly, planning to kidnap someone. Dogman and Sodom are supposed to snatch someone duringthe funeral procession of Ninth Prince Halkenburg. The only information that fans have about who the victim of this kidnapping is going to be is that it was someone with no Nen powers. On top of that, in Chapter 394, Togashi made it clear that the Heil-Ly will be after one of the members of Tserriednich’s Personal Army.
Fans also got to see these individuals during the same chapter 394 of HxH. There was a bunch of them, but the ones who stood out from the bunch were Otocin and Borksen. One of these two might be the target of the Heil-Ly plan.

Whoever is kidnapped will be taken back to Morena in the Heil-Ly hideout, and there, they will likely get their Nen awakened by her. The person who will be kidnapped has the potential that Morena wants. Morena can find out someone’s Nen affinity thanks to Dogman, so she is looking for something specific, perhaps a Specialist. Specialists aren’t very common, unlike other affinities, so that makes the most sense here.
Hunter X Hunter chapter 407 could also see Morena find a way to get this target to work with her, whether via a Nen ability, or by other means. The person she will kidnap will betray Prince Tserriednich. Morena plans to cause immense chaos on the Black Whale, and this will only be the start of what’s to come if she isn’t stopped. There are, however, some individuals who could stop her or halt her plans, and they’re the members of the Phantom Troupe, specifically Feitan and Phinks. These two are heading towards her hideout and will likely be there soon, granted that the transmitter hasn’t been found and destroyed before.
These two are quite powerful, especially Feitan. However, it’s possible that even the two of them aren’t enough to put a stop to Morena. This task might need the involvement of more members of the Phantom Troupe, such as Nobunaga, who recently split from the group in the manga.
Halkenburg’s Plan Continues In Hunter X Hunter 407
Halkenburg’s Funeral Procession Will be a Mess
Halkenburg is one of the Kakin Princes, and perhaps the most interesting of the bunch right now. He has been a central character who is affecting the story greatly at the moment, and this will likely continue in Hunter X Hunter Chapter 407.
Halkenburg’s original body died, but he is currently in the body of one of Prince Benjamin’s bodyguards, Balsamilco Might. His Nen ability has proven to be extremely powerful, allowing him to switch consciousness with other people. Halkenburg is currently at his own funeral procession, with the goal of reaching Tier 1. HxH chapter 407 could definitely expand upon the current actions of Halkenburg and his thought process moving forward.
Halkenburg has 10 hours to go, and he wants to kill Prince Benjamin. With the clock ticking, he has to act fast and accomplish his goals. This will not be easy, as many groups are taking advantage of his funeral procession to further their own goals, such as the Heil-Ly.
Chaos could ensue at the funeral procession and halt his plan, but Halkenburg will have to get his hands dirty to get things under control to be able to take his brother, Benjamin, down. Perhaps, he might even possess the body of his brother.
Chrollo Lucilfer Advances in His Treasure Hunt
Chrollo Goes To the Upper Tiers of the Black Whale in Hunter X Hunter Chapter 407
Chrollo has always been one of the fan-favorite characters in HxH. That is in part due to his amazing character writing. Thankfully,this arc has been giving Chrollo much-needed attention. After getting his own backstory with the rest of the Spiders, fans will get to see him in full action. In the previous chapter ofHxH, he was the main focus. Now in HxH 407, fans could see him advance through to the upper tier of the Black Whale. Chrollo believes the Kakin national treasures that he wants to steal are located in Tier 1, so that is definitely where he is heading.
However, he also believes Hisoka is up there, so he will definitely proceed with caution as, with the current state of things,Chrollo cannot really take down Hisoka. On Tier 1, there is also one other big threat to Chrollo, and that is Kurapika. That said, Kurapika is very busy with everything happening around him, so they will not be meeting until a lot later.

Chrollo doesn’t know where those Kakin treasures are on Tier 1, so he will have to investigate before going through with his heist. He is trying to reach someone specific with his ability, Love Dial 6700. So, fans will have to wait and see who Chrollo is pinning down with this ability.
Kurapika’s Nen Workshop Starts
Princes Will Send their Bodyguards to Kurapika
Kurapika has been holding Nen workshopsto even out the playing field. The next Nen workshop will be starting soon and potentially even in Hunter X Hunter Chapter 407. Kurapika will be dealing with many problems, one of them being Silent Majority. A new problem arising is Prince Camilla as well, as she has sent her bodyguard for the first time, who might be up to no good.

Kurapika might soon make the decision to send Prince Woble to stay in 3rd Prince Zhang Lee’s quarter, as it seems like the safest option at the moment. His problem seems to only be increasing with every new chapter of HxH.
