How to Get the Weird Flower Artifact in STALKER 2
Players can find the Weird Flower artifactin the Poppy FieldinSTALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. It’s prominent and one of the most unique locations featured in"The Poppy Field" side quest. You can find this artifact lying in the flower field in the northwest corner of the location (marked on the map).
The artifact doesn’t show up on the echo detector, so players will have to manually look for it in the Poppy Field. Simply head left of the big barn where you find the bodies to loot for Pomor, and you’ll spot the blue flower-shaped artifact on the ground.
What Does the Weird Flower Artifact Do?
The Weird Flower artifact grants a passive stealth buff(+10%)to players who equip it for a short duration. It basically lowers the detection rate for players, and its effects slowly start to decrease over time. Weird Flower is a great artifact for players who prefer a more stealthy approach to missions and don’t want enemies to easily detect them.
To activate the effects of the Weird Flower, you’ll have to first equip it to put its artifact slot in the inventory. Once equipped,players will need to sleep in the gameand the buff will activate for the Weird Flower artifact. The longer you spend in the field, the more the artifact’s effects will diminish. To refresh the stealth buff of the artifact, players can simply return to their private quarters and sleep again.
It works on both human and mutant enemies in the game, so you should keep it equipped when you’re completing a mission, or simply exploring the world ofSTALKER 2to find loot.
