The Bank of Monopoly is a special level that you may visit as you progress through the game and complete boards. It serves as a rest point between different worlds and gives players a chance to earn extra rewards.
Interestingly, you don’t have to build any landmarks, pay taxes, or worry about going to jail at the Bank of Monopoly level. How To Access Bank of Monopoly in Monopoly GO
