The Tezcatepetonco Range inGenshin Impactis home to the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe. The area also includes Tecoloapan Bay, which is a hidden island that can only be unlocked through completing a lengthy quest.
The sub-region has 20 Pyroculus for collecting, and most of them are fairly easy to find. This guide will list all the locations and how to collect them. It might also helpGenshin Impactplayers to bring alonga character from Natlanto help in their exploration due to the high mountains and large gaps between the rocks.
Tezcatepetonco Range Pyroculus 1
To start off the route, head to the teleport waypointnorthwest of the Stadium of Sacred Flameand then fly across the canyon in front of you. The Pyroculus will be located in the air on top of a deck that is attached to the cliff.

This Pyroculus will be part of a challenge that will be locateddirectly in front of the teleport waypoint. Just start the challenge and use theIktomisaurusin the area to manipulate the wind currents.

This Pyroculus will be perched on top of a thin rock, so if you just teleport to the waypoint indicated above, turn around and jump off the cliff to head all the way down to collect it. If you haven’t unlocked that waypoint, feel free to use theStatue of Sevenand head down the path toward it.

To collect this Pyroculus, you can teleport to the same waypoint as previously done and fly across, since the oculi will be perpendicular to it on the other side of the cliff. You can also use an Iktomisaurus skill or use aNatlan character like Ororonto help you climb the rock that the Pyroculus will be floating on.

From the previous point, simply head upstream toward the waterfall you see to thenorthof the map. you may also use the teleport waypoint located in the image above and simply fly over. The Pyroculus will befloating on a rock.

Next, headsouth of the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe areaand use the teleport waypointsouthwestof the Statue of Seven. From there, head straight toward the edge of the cliff until you see the Pyroculus floating.

This Pyroculus can be collected directly after the previous one as it’s quite closeby.It will be in the Scorchwind Trial Grounds. The Pyroculus will be inside one of the rings/hoops directly opposite the entrance.

For this Pyroculus, you can teleport to the waypoint indicated above or head there from the previously collected oculi. It will be located near the edge of the cliff in a gapbetween the rocks. It’s pretty easy to spot once you head that way.

Teleport the main waypoint at the base of the Masters of the Night-Wind and head across the bridge behind you. The Pyroculus will beon the roof of the structure to your right,and you might need to use thewind currentto help climb it.

To grab this one, teleport to the waypoint at thebase of the Masters of the Night-Windand head halfway across the bridge before jumping off. The Pyroculus will be on top of some rocks at the bottom.

This Pyroculus is at thevery top of the Masters of the Night-Wind, near the highest teleportation waypoint. Simply climb the structure to your right, and the Pyroculus will be inside it.

From the previous point, you can fly across to grab this Pyroculus as it will be located on a hot air balloon just a few meters away. There will also be some enemies to fight and achest to claimas well.

This Pyroculus is also within the vicinity, so justfly across the canyonand toward the waterfall in front of you. The Pyroculus will be floating in the air before you.

Head all the way back down to the south of the sub-region,and this Pyroculuswill be directly in front of thesouthernmost teleport waypoint.

From the previous point, fly all the way toward the shore, and you’ll spot some trees growing. The Pyroculus will beat the top of one of the trees, and you may need to indwell aQucusaurusto get it. You can also choose to climb the trunk instead.

To make things easier, teleport to the above-indicated waypoint and head up the path to your left. The Pyroculus will be on top of a fallen tree log.

From the previous point, keep heading up the hill, and if you haven’t unlocked the following cave,follow the monetooto do so. Once inside, complete the puzzle, and if you head into the hole below you, there will be a Pyroculus for collection.

This Pyroculus can befound at a camp, so just head there from any nearby teleportation waypoint to grab it.

This Pyroculus can only be found atTecoloapan Bay, soGenshin Impactplayers will haveto first unlock the region through the questto obtain it. you’re able to head to the teleport waypoint in the area and head straight up to grab the Pyroculus.

The final Pyroculus in the area is quite a walkaway, so from the teleport waypoint, just run to the area indicated above, and you’ll be able to find iton the roof of a hilichurl camp. You don’t need to climb any cliffs for this one, so just stick to the shore.
