The first pack comes with Elphaba and Glinda,Wicked’s main characters, while the second pack includes The Wizard and Madame Morrible. The four characters are available to play acrossall ofFunko Fusion’s levels, but they don’t seem to be getting their own specially-themedWickedworld. Regardless,Wickedfans looking to play as their favorite characters from the movie now have the chance to do so inFunko Fusion.

Funko Fusionis currently available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X, though fans on other platforms will soon have the chance to play it and check out theWickedDLC as well. While they were originally supposed to launch in November, thePS4 and Switch versionsofFunko Fusionare now due for release on December 6. TheWickedDLC will be available for those versions of the game on the day of their release, so anyone planning on picking them up may want to keep that in mind.
It’s no secret thatFunko Fusionhad a rough launch, with the game earning mostly negative reviews from critics and drawing ire from the community. However, the developers have made a concerted effort to improveFunko Fusionwith updates. Said updates have addressed complaints aboutFunko Fusion’s boss fights and difficulty level, and most importantly, added co-op to the game. While the feature was missing at launch,Funko Fusionnow supports online co-opthrough the entire experience, which, combined with the changes made in the other updates, should make for a much better time.
In any case,Wickedhas been hugely successful at the box office, and some of the only representation it’s getting in the video game space is throughFunko Fusion. It will be interesting to see if more video game collabs come about next year when the second part of theWickedmovie hits theaters.
