The Rogue Prince of Persia is Getting a Visual Overhaul
One of the biggest changes coming withThe Rogue Prince of Persia’s November 21 updateis the game’s tweaked art style and improved visuals. As showcased in the update’s recent teaser trailer, the Second Act will bring about some color palette changes, turningRogue Prince of Persia’s bright blue, yellow, and purple environments to a much darker shade. And to better fit this slightly darker tone, the Prince himself is no longer purple.
Detailing has also been improved dramatically across the board in this update. Character models now have much-improved shading, giving the Prince and his enemies far more detail and texture on their clothing and skin. Biome backgrounds have also been given a significant visual overhaul, with many areas like the aqueduct now showing the severity of the ongoing Hun invasion much more clearly, depicting burning battlements and devastated buildings.
