However, he did not disclose how the project would work, what kinds of games could be expected from it, or how a company worth $50 billion such as xAI would differ from other “massive corporations.”

Despite Musk’s claims, it’s hard to tell whether this announcement will come to fruition. Back in July,Elon Musk reaffirmed his desire to fight META CEO Mark Zuckerberg, but that still has not happened.
Musk’s interest in AI seems to be on the rise lately. Recently, Elon Musk’s xAI developed Grok, a generative AI chatbot that has direct access to Twitter in real time.Musk also filed a lawsuit against OpenAIearlier this year. The lawsuit accuses the tech company of breaching its founding charter by ignoring its original mission of developing Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and seeking to maximize its investor Microsoft’s profits instead.
