Following its release in 2023, EA Vancouver has released a steady stream ofnew updates forEA Sports UFC 5, adding a plethora of new ranked fighters to the game’s roster. After fans made their voices heard regarding the rather lackluster number of ranked UFC fighters in the game, EA promised the community it would be releasing free fighters on a regular basis and has since reached 98% parity with the current UFC top ten rankings. While some fighters, such as Muhammed Ali, Fedor Emelianenko, and Mike Tyson remain locked behind a paywall, EA is giving players the opportunity to grab the latter at no additional cost for a limited time.
