AsDragon Ball DAIMAgets deeper into the series, many previously seen or mentioned enemies will continue to appear. Final clashes against the likes of Supreme Demon King Gomah are still a ways off, and Goku has only just begun to display his power. TheDemon Realm DragonBalls may be a solution to getting everyone back in their normally aged bodies, but they’re each guarded by an undefeated Tamagami protector. With Goku’s allies still trying to reach the Demon Realm,Dragon BallDAIMAEpisode 7 might feature his most exciting fight yet.

With only six episodes in the books, Goku has gone from being unable to fly in his miniaturized form to pulling out Super Saiyan without much effort. The difficulty of Goku’s fights has been increasing incrementally, butDragon Ball DAIMAhas shown remarkable restrainton that path. Early battles felt reminiscent of the originalDragon Ballseries with Goku usually facing a group of woefully unprepared opponents. Even the enormous Minotaur teased heading into Episode 6 turned out to be a bust, but Goku did showcase his Super Saiyan form and a bit more power during a sparring session with Glorio.

Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 7 May See Goku Find First Dragon Ball

Dragon Ball DAIMAonce again gave fans a sneak peek of what’s coming next with a tiny five-second preview of Episode 7, “Collar”. First up, fans can see a familiar plane firing its weapons at a large tree-covered area before a few final frames of that shot show Goku emerging from the treeline. Eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed it’s the exact same design as the plane Gomah’s Gendarmerie were using when searching for Goku in Episode 6, and it can also be seen in the opening sequence ofDAIMA. Just after, Goku is rolling on the ground with what could be leaves from those same trees swirling around him. Next, fans geta glimpse of Shinspeaking to Panzy while pointing to the collar around her neck. Considering the episode name, there could be more answers on the way about these collars and how they’re removed.

The most exciting part of this preview comes at the end where a zoomed-out shot shows a potentially abandoned village, and a doorway in the massive crumbling wall beside the village frames something in the distance. A final closer shot of that same doorway in theDragon Ball DAIMAEpisode 7 preview is still difficult to make out, but zooming in reveals a distant figure that looks quite like one of the three Tamagamis that protect theDemon Realm Dragon Balls. Shown more clearly in the opening sequence ofDAIMA, this future opponent with a massive hammer appears to have the Three-Star Demon Realm Dragon Ball embedded in his chest. Recent previews have deployed some misdirection at times, such as the Minotaur seen in theDragon Ball DAIMAEpisode 6 preview, so there is a chance this is just a statue of the Tamagami’s likeness rather than the real thing. Even in that case, it would still be a sign the group is getting closer to that clash.

The other big development at the end of Episode 6 is that Bulma’s attempts at repairing a ship to get Kibito, Piccolo, and Vegeta to the Demon Realm quickly came crashing back down. Ultimately, this is a blessing in disguise as Hybis is heading their way with the very necessary passcode that will allow them toenter the Demon Realm. Whether Goku squares off with a Tamagami soon or not, it definitely looks likeDragon Ball DAIMAwill advance several different plotlines when Episode 7 is released.
