Before diving intoCall of Duty: Warzone’sdiverse battlefields and game modes, new players — or experienced ones looking to refresh their skills — can take advantage of the Bootcamp.
This mode provides an opportunity to complete a series of challenges in a controlled environment, separate from standard matchmaking, while earning various in-game rewards along the way. Here’s a guide covering all the steps you need to follow to complete the Bootcamp tutorial and the rewards that are up for grabs.
Call Of Duty: Warzone Bootcamp, Explained
Warzone’s Bootcamp is astructured training mode designed for new players, offering a glimpse into the full game experience. Matches are set in arandom location within Urzikstan, the big Battle Royale map. This mode accommodates up to44 participants, comprising 20-player teams and 24 bots, with matchmaking tailored specifically for this mode.
Bootcamp is theonly mode withinWarzonethat features AI bots. This aims to assist new players inunderstanding all the game’s elementswithout being overwhelmed or distracted by other players or advanced features.
All CoD Warzone Bootcamp Challenges & Rewards
To earn rewards in CoDWarzone’s Bootcamp mode, players will need tocomplete 15 different challengesin-match, split into three different stages. Check each stage’s challenges and rewards below.
2000 XP
Boot up theCall of Dutyapp and head into theWarzonemenu.
Open any 3 Loot Caches inWarzoneBootcamp.
Jump into any structured location upon entering aWarzoneBootcamp match and look out for Loot Caches (Blue/Orange boxes)scattered around the area.
15 Minutes Weapon Double XP Token
Equip 3 armor players inWarzoneBootcamp.
Once in a match, take on an enemy team to get your armor plates destroyed, get away from danger, and re-equip full armor using three plates.
4000 XP
15 Minutes Rank Double XP Token
Complete a match ofWarzoneBootcamp.
Enter a Bootcamp match andsurvive as much time as you can. Once you and your team are taken out (or if you manage to win) you’ll successfully complete the match.

Complete all the Missions in this Stage.
Complete all the challenges in theWarzoneBootcamp Stage 1.
After successfully completing all the missions in Bootcamp’s Stage 1 inWarzone, you’ll unlock access to Stage 2, which introduces five new challenges for you to tackle within the game.
Use a Killstreak inWarzoneBootcamp.
Thesimplest way to acquire a KillstreakinWarzoneis by visiting a Buy Station and purchasing one from the menu. Opt for a useful option like a UAV to locate enemies or a Precision Airstrike to clear out a specific area from threats.

Complete 1 contract inWarzoneBootcamp.
After landing, locate and pick up a Contract marked by a unique icon on the map. It’s recommended to prioritize Contracts like Uploading Intel or Scavenger, as theseminimize the risk of engaging enemy playersor putting yourself in dangerous situations.
Buy an item from a Buy Station inWarzoneBootcamp.
Head to the Buy Station (green shopping cart icon marked on the map) and purchase any item available.
Use a vehicle once inWarzoneBootcamp.
Grab any vehicle available on the map. You can pick from a wide variety, including the ATV, Hatchback, UTV, SUV, and Light Helo, among others.

Complete 3WarzoneBootcamp matches.
Participate in threeWarzoneBootcamp matches, continuing until eitheryour team is fully eliminatedor you secure a victory.
Complete all the challenges in theWarzoneBootcamp Stage 2.
After completing all the missions in Bootcamp’s Stage 2 inWarzone, you’ll gain access to Stage 3. This final stage presents five additional challenges.

Edit a customWarzoneLoadout.
Before diving into aWarzoneBootcamp match, go to the Loadouts section and adjust the Perk, Tactical, or Lethal Equipment in one of your custom Loadouts. If you haven’t unlocked attachments for your weapon yet, focusing onmodifying other loadout componentswill still allow you to complete the challenge.
Pick up your Loadout from a Loadout Drop inWarzoneBootcamp.
You can either get your custom Loadout from a free Loadout Drop (marked as a light blue square on the map), which will appear after surviving the first two zone cycles, or purchase it from a Buy Station by collecting money from looted caches or defeated enemies.
Equip any 5-attachment weapon once.
When you’re in aWarzoneBootcamp match, search for orange weapons in loot crates or fallen enemies, which come pre-equipped with five attachments. Alternatively, if you’ve leveled up any weapon inWarzone, you can customize it with five attachments and thenpick it up from a Loadout Drop.
Kill 10 different enemies in the same or separateWarzoneBootcamp matches.

Complete 5WarzoneBootcamp matches.
Take part in fiveWarzoneBootcamp matches, continuing until your team is either eliminated or you secure a victory. If done correctly, by completing the prior stages, you should only need one more match, as you will have already played four to finish the previous challenges.
Complete all the challenges in theWarzoneBootcamp Stage 3.
Upon completing the Stage 3 challenges, you’ll earn several rewards including afree Weapon Blueprint forMW3’s MCWAssault Rifle. This Blueprint will include five pre-equipped attachments, granting access to the base weapon if it hasn’t been previously unlocked. Additionally, the weapon will be available for use acrossWarzone, or Zombies inCall of Duty: Black Ops 6.
Once you complete all three stages ofWarzoneBootcamp, you’ll unlock access to all game modes and maps, including Battle Royale, Resurgence, and Plunder, allowing you to fully enjoy the free-to-play experience. Additionally, players can use Double XP Tokens torapidly level up their Rank, Battle Pass, and Weapons, enhancing their performance in-game.
