Players can choose to progress through the new Battle Pass in a linear fashion, unlocking rewards sequentially, or they can opt to pick and choose which rewards they want. The UI for theCall of Dutybattle pass systemhas also been revamped, with the announcement inviting players to “chart their own course” as they progress.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Battle Pass Revealed
To unlock Battle Pass rewards, players need to spend tokens, which can be earned by playing matches and completing challenges. Battle Pass rewards range from operator skins to other customization options, as well asCall of Duty’s in-game currency, COD Points. Claiming all rewards on a page unlocks the “High-Value Target” reward. Finishing every page of the Battle Pass also grants players special rewards like exclusive skins, weapon blueprints, and additional COD points.
Alongside these new Battle Pass rewards,Season 1 ofCall of Duty: Black Ops 6will add to the game in major ways, notably with its multiplayer and Zombies modes. On Season 1’s launch day,Black Ops 6will receive three new multiplayer maps with more to release mid-season. A new Zombies map named Citadelle des Morts will also drop later in Season 1.
