This issue is not entirely new, asWarzonehas been criticized by its player base for similar audio issuesin recent years. A card has been added to Raven Software’s Trello board, soWarzoneplayers can track progress on a fix and browse more cards detailing other known issues in the game. On Twitter, some users also noted thatWarzone’sannouncer audio sounds muffled and that the overall audio balancing seems off. For example, gunfire and teammate footsteps appear to overpower many other sounds inWarzone, leading to some confusion among teammates.
Call of Duty: Warzone Developer Raven Software is Investigating Audio Issues
Thus far, theCall of Dutycommunity’s response to Raven Software’s Twitter post appears to be mixed, since many players are frustrated about legacy XP tokens being disabled inBlack Ops 6andWarzonegoing forward. Many users in the replies are asking for their XP tokens back, while others are upset that issues involving footstep audio have returned once more. Some players would also like to see a fix toWarzone’spowerful Saug SMG, which appears to be experiencing a visual bug when the Dark Spine mastery camo is equipped.
