One of the things that fans are most excited about in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 16 is the collaboration of Kawaki and Boruto. These two characters have a very complex and layered relationship. Although they recognize each other as brothers, they know that eventually, they will have to come face to face and fight it out. Both of them love each other and care deeply about each other. But there are more important things to them than this bond.For instance, to Kawaki, the relationship with Naruto Uzumaki is far more important because he’s the one who ended up saving his life. If Boruto threatens Naruto simply by existing as an Otsutsuki vessel, then, he will have to get rid of him.

Naturally, this alliance is not going to be permanent, but it certainly will serve a purpose for the foreseeable future. As was seen in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 15, these two have decided to join hands in order to deal with the threat of the Shinju. These Shinju are very dangerous and can essentially lead to the destruction of the planet. Both Boruto and Kawaki he recognize this, and knowing that they need each other’s help to protect their loved ones, they will join hands here and take out this threat, which is seemingly heading to Sunagakure next.
A new Shinju was born in the previous chapter, and his name is Ryu. His target is none other than the Fifth Kazekage of Sunagakure. Essentially, the Shinju will most likely be headed to the village, which means that Boruto, and potentially even a team from Konoha, will be headed next to the village to aid and stop the assault of these dangerous creatures.

The Shinju Will Target Gaara Next In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 16
Ryu is most likely going to be the focus in Boruto: Two Blue Vortexchapter 16. Fans know him to be recently born, and although his abilities have probably not been fully realized, this only gives the author more of a reason to involve him in the main plot. Ryu will go to Sunagakure in an attempt to consume Gaara. It must be noted that his attempt would’ve been unsuccessful had it been for Shinki’s powers. Given that he is created using Shinki’s DNA, fans know that he can essentially utilize magnet release and manipulate iron sand just as well. This means that Shinki’s Fuinjutsu can easily be undone by him, which spells trouble for the Fifth Kazekage, Shinki, as well as other Sunagakure shinobi. Undoubtedly, Shikamaru will take center stage in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 16 as well. Fans know him to be a very important character, who is currently dealing with a lot of pressure. He knows what he must do to ensurethe protection of the world from the Shinju, and at the same time, see Naruto return safely. For now, he will likely send Team 7 to Sunagakure, which means Konohamaru, Sarada, Mitsuki, and Kawaki will be sent to deal with the big threat of the Shinju.
Meanwhile, Shikamaru will have to keep this a secret from Temari as well, given that she is directly tied to the village, especially knowing her brothers are in trouble. It is also possible that Temari will be the one leading this mission, which would be nice for the fans to see, especially as it gives her much-needed attention. Hopefully, fans will see more characters being involved inthe upcoming battle in Sunagakure, and, in one way or another, this upcoming fight is going to be decisive for the fate of the world.
Fans can only hope that the previous generation of ninjas, which includes some very powerful individuals, such as Rock Lee, among many others, are going to be involved in this arc as well, even if the chances of that happening are low. At the very least, Temari, Gaara, along with, and the younger generation of ninjas, are going to be the highlight of the upcomingBoruto: Two Blue VortexChapter 16.
