No need to choose between the offensive capabilities of Evocation, the undeath inclination of Necromancy, or the defensive prowess of Abjuration.
With this mod, every Wizard who picks Divination will gain all subclass-specific passive and active features. The Cantrip selection is especially useful in the early game, as it gives a lot more options to low-level spellcasters and half-casters to cover their weaknesses. Valkrana’s Spellbook adds 12 brand newNecromancy spells toBaldur’s Gate 3, addressing the lack of such spells in the base game. There are two spells each for all six levels of spellcasting, from 1st-level all the way to 6th level.
The effects of these Necromancy spells range from raising weak skeletons in large numbers to infusing an allied creature with permanent Undeath to becoming the Bone Emporer himself. The spells are balanced around the game, and none are more powerful than their base game counterparts. Instead, they provide an alternate way to approach combat encounters.
