InPokemon TCG Pocket, Promo cards can be earned both by purchasing a Premium Pass and completing missions to earn them as rewards. They can also be acquired by opening Promo booster packs, which can be earned during the various in-game events - usually involving taking on themed decks in battle and emerging victorious to claim them as rewardsalongside some XP and Shinedust.

Promo #9 is currently a mystery, as there is no available data for this card nor a spot that shows up in-game. It is highly speculated that this Promo will appear when the newPokemon TCG Pocketreleases in early 2025.
